Hi, I’m Aaron.
I’m a movement coach based in Tucson, Arizona.
I’m passionate about what I do and obsessed with understanding movement and how the body works. My clients are people who’ve felt stuck — dealing with pain, stiffness, or just not feeling as capable as they want to be — and are ready for a different approach.
I meet you where you’re at and help you build the skills to move better, get stronger, and feel more capable in your body.
Not your average workout. Not your average coaching.
Because every session is built around what you need.
Before we jump into 1-on-1 sessions, I start every new client with a required Initial Assessment. That’s where I get a clear picture of your posture, breathing, mobility, and any restrictions or movement compensations strategies — so I know exactly where we’re starting, what your body needs, and how to connect that with your individual goals to craft the best program for you.
In our subsequent sessions, we might use:
✅ Low-intensity movement and breathwork to improve coordination and motor control, reduce tension, or build awareness
✅ Strength training to challenge your body, improve mobility and flexibility and expand your ability to move in new and different ways
✅ Skill development (think jumping, crawling, hanging, rolling and more)
Some sessions might feel more like rehab. Others more like training. Most will be somewhere in between.
But all of it will be thoughtful, hands-on, and designed to help you move better, get stronger, and create a body that’s equipped for anything.
