Hi…

I’m Aaron Gilbert — a movement coach based in Tucson, Arizona.

I’m technically a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), but what I do doesn’t really fit in that box. I work with people who want to move better, get stronger, feel better, and get back to doing the things they care about — especially if pain, stiffness, or frustration has held them back.

I’ve spent years learning from some of the best minds in rehab, strength and conditioning, and movement education — but I don’t subscribe to any single system or method. My approach is informed by deep study and A LOT of curiosity. Those who know me well know that I’m always learning something new to better help my clients.

Most of my clients come to me after other approaches haven’t worked. That’s not a coincidence — I believe people deserve more than generic exercises and vague instructions.

In a world where healthcare and fitness have become impersonal, watered down, and rushed, I believe that good coaching — real, personalized, attentive coaching — is the missing link.

I take time to listen. I want to understand your struggles, your concerns, and the frustrations you've run into. And then we work together to reach your goals.

Honestly, I just love this work. I love helping people build agency in their body. I love teaching. I love seeing someone walk out of a session with more confidence than they walked in with.

When I’m not in the studio, I enjoy spending time with my amazing girlfriend Melissa and our handsome dogs, Huxley and Rocket — a.k.a. Chanchito (little piggy). We love being outside: going on walks, hiking, camping — basically anything that gets us into nature. When we get the chance, we love to travel too.

That said, we’re also happy being homebodies. You’ll often find us hanging around the house, working in the garden, tackling home projects, watching movies on the couch — or heading out to try new restaurants, revisiting old favorites, or catching our favorite stand-up comedian when they are near by.

With the rest of my time you’ll usually find me learning, training, or exploring my own limits — whether that’s strength, skill work, breathwork, or just chasing more movement curiosity.

If you’re looking for a coach who meets you where you are — and helps unlock your hidden potential — I’d love to work with you.
