When I met Aaron I had not been exercising at all. I wanted to be able to move as fluidly and have the full range of motion that I had seen him demonstrate as we began to work together.
My ankles and knees hurt and had limited ROM. After working my ankles, knees, and hips, we restored my fullest ROM in my ankles. My knees stopped hurting and I moved and walked more smoothly.

I had a total knee replacement in 2020 and after two rounds of post-surgical physical therapy, I still had tightness and pain in the knee and was using a cane at times. My surgeon gave me two choices: Let him go back in and try to "repair" whatever was wrong or try a non-surgical approach. This led me to Aaron whom I've seen for a few months.
Personally, Aaron is an earnest and kind young man who is passionate about his craft. He has an excellent working knowledge of body mechanics and spent nearly 90 minutes with me initially to get the story, test my body, and consider causes, all the while promoting a body positive attitude.
