You don’t have to fit into a box to work with me — but if any of these sound familiar, you’re in the right place.
1. You’re living with chronic pain, and no one’s given you real answers.
Your back hurts. Or your shoulder. Or your knee. Maybe it’s been going on for months or even years. You’ve stretched. You’ve done “corrective” exercises. You’ve tried other approaches, maybe even had imaging. And yet… the problem’s still there.
You’re not looking for a quick fix anymore — you want to understand what’s going on, and actually do something that works. You want to feel confident in your body again.
2. You’re stuck. You’re always stiff, tight, and have only found temporary relief.
You feel like you’re constantly foam rolling, stretching, or cracking something — just to feel halfway normal. You get relief for a little while… then it’s right back to where you started. Your body doesn’t feel like it moves the way it should.
You want to feel ease again. You want to feel strong, stable, and like your body isn’t working against you.
3. You’re active and curious, but something’s holding you back.
You love movement. You like to train, explore, learn new things — but lately you feel stuck. You don’t know what’s missing or how to break through. Maybe it’s strength, coordination, or breathwork that’s missing — or maybe you just need a guide who sees what you don’t.
